Outdated Stormwater Infrastructure

Caldwell has long neglected its outdated stormwater infrastructure, and the current administration has failed to act. Heavier rains are overwhelming undersized systems, leading to repeated street flooding and costly property damage for families and businesses across town. Until leadership prioritizes improvements to modern, resilient infrastructure, these problems will only worsen.

Shuttered Community Center

Since COVID, Caldwell’s community center has sat in a state of neglect, leaving residents without a vital space for seniors, youth, and families. Instead of moving forward with a clear plan, the current administration has been completely opaque about its revitalization. Sitting in the heart of our town, this building no longer reflects what Caldwell has to offer. Our community deserves better—an open process and a real plan to bring the center back to life.
